Ohmite 300 W wire wound 0.40 Ohm with adjustable tap.

Milwaukee 0.2 Ohm (same size so 225 or 300 watt) no tap but I suppose 
you could add one and scratch the coating off.

could add one and scratch the coating off.

All are about 9 inches long and 1 inch diameter.
I have several of each as well other low values.
