[ForSale-Swap] FS: Icom W32A dualband HT for parts or fixing

I have for sale an Icom W32A dualband HT for parts or
as a fixing up unit.  It turns on, and the PO meter
shows that it is putting out full power, but it
doesn't seem to be sending a signal, nor does it
receive a signal.  I tested it with another HT at a
distance of several inches, and no luck sending or
receiving on the W32A.  Not sure what is wrong with
it, but it might be an easy fix.  It comes with the
belt clip and a MFJ 1716 dualband antenna, but no
battery pack, charger, or manual.  

I am asking $35 shipped for this fixer upper.  I can
take paypal, check or MO.
