[ForSale-Swap] Knife Switches Ceramic Based

I have a surplus of ceramic based knife switches and would like to sell 
them as a lot.  Four are DPST and are ideally spaced for 450 ohm ladder 
line switching.  One is DPDT with narrower spacing and seems to be 
properly spaced for 300 ohm ladder line.

There are two DPST Levitons.  One of the Levitons was cracked but neatly 
repaired with epoxy.  The other Leviton is OK.

There are also a DPST Trumbull and a C.E.M.  The DPDT has no 
manufacturer's name.

I'd like $22 + shipping for all five.  I will entertain offers for fewer 
than the entire lot, in which case they will be $6 each except for the 
repaired Leviton ($4) + shipping (padded envelope + postage).
