It Has, Standard Plugs For
AF In, MPX Out, Ear Out, Line Out, &4.5VDCPower In.
Knobs For, On-Off-Volume, BandSwitch, And Tuning,
Buttons For Light, Tone, And Local/DX,
Has Original Telescoping Whip,
Battery Door And Contacts OK,
Comes With,
Original Box, CarryHandle, And Non OEM 4.5VDC Wall Wart.
This Unit Works On 3, D Cells/Not included,
As Well As On Wall Wart Power.
FM _Really works and sounds good,
MW Receives Locals Well,
SW, Receives Strong Stations Fairly,
LW Receives QRN and Stations __Very Weakly.
*(It's as if there's a bad RF amp in the
SW, MW, LW, chain.
The Internal Speaker gives surprising response for its' size,
There's a little corosion inside the radio,
But The Battery Contacts Have Pretty Much Escaped.
Cosmetically it's an 8To A9
I'd estimate this was built in the early to mid Sixties,
As I Remember Similarly Configured Units In That Erra.
With A Little TLC,
This would make a nice portable/Car SWL+ Radio.
