This is a second post, after some time. (I added the possible payment methods)

I have an MFJ-461 code reader that is surplus to my needs. It is in 
very good condition (Still has the plastic cover to the LCD screen) 
and has the Battery.  Original $$ is $90. I will send it anywhere in 
CONUS for $55. Paypal, check or Postal MO.

This is in good condition but I cannot take advantage of it because I 
have developed a bad hand. ( lost lateral motion of fingers of my 
right hand caused by a dead Ulna nerve in my elbow).

I have a copy of the manual. MFJ claims these are the significant features:
Two-line, 32 Character LCD
Auto track CW up to 99 wpm.
140 Character repeat buffer.
Four scrolling display modes.
