It looks like a standard nomenclature.

CM60   (style)  Like CM05, CM06, CM07
E   ??
393   pF, yes 39,000  pF

I think the rest of the letters are tolerance or voltage. I don't remember
offhand.
Try asking these guys:

or look in a 50's or 60's vintage Allied or the like catalog.
