Older vacuum tube bridge that measures R,C,L at RF frequencies.  Works good. I 
purchased it for $550 from a new/used test equipment company in 1993.

Frequency range 0.5MHz - 250MHz
Resistance 15 - 100,000 ohms (values from 0 - 15 ohms measured indirectly)
Capacitance 0 - 20pF (can be extended to 120pF with auxiliary inductance)
Inductance whatever resonates with the 0 - 100pF bridge circuit

Includes a copy of the manual.
