[ForSale-Swap] Looking for a book from the FCC

I am looking for a book that was published by the Government Printing Office for the FCC during the late 1970's/early 1980's.  The subject matter was the 3rd Class FCC Commercial RadioTelephone Operator Permit and Broadcast Endorsement.  As I recall the book was a white paperback about 120 or so pages.
