For anybody who collects Triplett test gear...

I noticed this Triplett 3433 on Craigslist in the San Francisco area
yesterday and the woman had it listed as a shortwave receiver.  I was
impressed with how nice it looks in the pictures and did a quick search to
find that one had been listed and sold quite a while ago on an auction site
for $13.99 but it was in very poor condition.

I told her what it was and guessed at the age/era and she now has it listed
this morning for $45.  (I had suggested that she could find a buyer at $25.)

I don't know if she'd ship it but you might communicate with her if you are
interested.  It's perhaps 35 miles from me or I'd offer to pick it up and
ship it to you if you want it badly enough.
