[ForSale-Swap] Ham Radio's Newest Antenna

Sorry OM but it bears a strange resemblance to an antenna by Bill Petlowany, 
K6NO which was written up in WorldRadio about nine years ago. The only 
difference I see is that it looks like you tapped up on the coil for the 
feedpoint instead of connecting to the inner end:
