Time to pare down again - I need the shelf space+ACE-  All prices are ppd 'media

1. Servicing Superheterodynes, by John F. Rider - 23rd ed., Oct '48.  Tediously
expounds how they work and how to fix them, plus how it was done prior to.  An
interesting read, actually ... +AH4-300p hardback  +ACQ-5

2. Principles of Radio, by Keith Henney.  5th (1947) ed. of a c.1929
+ACI-elementary+ACI- text with lots of formulas and math.  Starts w/ DC, etc., usual
basics+ADs- progresses up to then-new RADAR.  No 'hands on' repair info, tho a good
primer.  +AH4-500p hardback  +ACQ-3

3. Communications Receivers by Raymond S. Moore  3rd ed.  covers 1932 - 1981+ADs-
shows products of most manuf.+ADs- basic info (no schemos) 125pp, 8.5x11 paperback,
+ACQ-4

4. Shortwave Receivers, Past and Present, by Fred Osterman+ADs- covers 1945 to 1996
(2nd ed.) Slick, 350p paperback, well-done and quite heavy+ACE-  +ACQ-6

5. Heathkit amateur products, 1st ed (1995) by Chuck Penson (with corrections
and additions).  240+- pp, slick +ACY- hefty.  +ACQ-5

6. 1986 ARRL Handbook - the large-format type.  Good-condx pprbk, still has
pc-board templates in the back.  Heavy.  +ACQ-10

7.  2001 ditto.  Even heavier, even cleaner - won it at a Hamfest+ADs- didn't use it
much+ACE-  +ACQ-10

8.  1984 to 1989  Dodge Caravan and Plymouth Voyager mini-vans repair manual by
Haynes.  Clean - +ACQ-7

9. +ACI-Survival 2000+ACI- by Duncan Long.  This was a 240-sheet, single-sided copy
rushed into print in 1999, but is not specific to y2k, as it's good, basic,
generic info on survivalism, updated and corrected by myself.  240pp plus
appendices - +ACQ-10

10.  SAMS photofact television course, 2nd print of 3rd ed., 1969.  Rather dated
info in a 190 page, 8.5x11 paperback, but still good if you're into olde
tube-type TV's.  +ACQ-3

11. Military Radio Data, Vol I, 1997, by Dennis Starks, with up-date sheets, for
PRC-designated radio eq.  Listings and a short description of PRC-stuff.  +ACQ-5

12. Poly-Comm 6 - 25+- page comb-bound Manual-Man copy of the early v.  +ACQ-5

13.  spring 1988 Heathkit catalog (+ACM-211)  Good condx - lotsa computers by then+ACE-
+ACQ-5

14.  Heathkit SB-10 (single-sideband adapter) original manual - good condx, but
with assembly checkmarks.  +ACQ-5

15. Heathkit XR-1P +ACY- -1L transistor receiver orig. manual dated 7/20/58  Some
penciled assembly check-offs.  +ACQ-5

16. Heathkit AT-1 amateur transmitter original, dated 1/5/55  Lots of

17.  Heathkit HW-32 (20-meter SSB transceiver) looseleaf double-sided
condensed-manual (i.e., no assembly info) xerox.  Good clear schematic, tho it's
in tiny print ... +ACQ-2

18. Lavoie LA-265A o'scope ops and svc factory manual.  About 1/2+ACI- of comb-bound
ops info and schematics (no repair info).  +ACQ-5

19. EICO model 435 o'scope factory manual.  Thin, but does have schemo.  +ACQ-3

20.  Measurements Corp. (i.e., Boonton) model 65-B sig-genny.  54-page,
comb-bound ManualMan copy.  +ACQ-6

21. Siltronix (Swan's evil twin) 1011D +ACI-Comanche+ACI- 10/11-meter SSB transceiver
+ACI-installation, operation and maintenance+ACI- xerox, April 1976.  Has parts lists
and such, but no schematic.  +ACQ-2

22. Paco G-30 original - 1957, assembly and ops for 8-band, 160kc to 240mc
2-tube hobby-grade sig-genny.  +ACQ-4
