Well, I finally decided to sell my FT-726R satellite transceiver. On a
scale of 10, It works properly (9.99) and Looks Great (9.5) It has less
than normal wear and tear for it's age and very few light scratches on
the top cover.

The only items that need to be addressed is over the years, the light
bulbs in the meters have darkened the meter faces where the bulbs
reside. I would guess the darkening covers about 5% of the meter face
and does not cover any portion of the scales. The other item is that
the stops on the RF gain control pot are kind of weak, and if you turn
the knob harder than normal, you can pass the stop. There is no
problem, you just back it up and everything is normal. Last time in
for service I asked to have the pot replaced and Yaesu didn't do it.
The tech called and said it worked correctly and didn't know if I
wanted to pay the labor. He didn't think it was necessary. (Paperwork
included.)

The unit has: YM-48 touch tone mic, Satellite module, HF module (very
rare) 10-12-15m, 6M module (rare), 2M module, 430 module, and 440
module. A full house. The 440 module ( not needed for satellite) does
not work and needs to be repaired.

The following ORIGINAL items go with it. Operation Manual, Technical
Supplement, Yaesu Brochure, QST Product Review, and a full color ad.
All are original, not copies, and in excellent shape.

Please contact me off list at KB4CRTatARRL(dot)net Listed like that so
the e-mail bots don't pick it up. Photo is available. $1000.00 plus
shipping (your choice of shipper) from 32667, no charge for double
boxing or handling.
