No subject

works fine EXCEPT  it doesn't receive any  signals.....The volume and the
squelch work fine,all the program functions work like they are suppose
to,the power supply is fine, 10.7mc IF
is sensitive,there is only one crystal in it and it can be heard on
frequency in my receiver..
Can this scanner be repaired????...  Is it worth anything of
value?????....Thanks for reading
