"Curve tracing on a scope is made easy with the LTC-905.  Characteristic
curves of all types of semiconductors can accurately be displayed.  This is
far superior to the conventional ohmeter checks for quality.  In circuit
tests are possible for quick checks.  Two inputs are provided which enable
comparison of two similar devices.  The LTC-905 is designed to test the
following: NPN,PNP,FET and MOS FET transistors; SCR's - thyristors and
triacs; Diodes - rectifier, detector, zener and tunnel"

$100 plus shipping.... I "may" still have the original box somewhere, If so
I'll ship it in that.  I bought this abt 6 yrs ago when a distributor went
out of business here.... was NOS. eMail if interested.... or off to eBay
