The TR-9000 is a 2M all mode transceiver. 
The power rating is 10W on SSB, FM, CW
Low Power rating 1W FM, CW

There is no PLL installed as far as I can tell.
I bought the rig a few years ago from an 
estate sale. It has been taking up space and
I have never used it. 

Comes with mic, power cord and manual.
