I have a well-used Yaesu FT-2400 2M Mobile Rig for sale.

This is one of the first FT-2400s off the line and the dial was replaced 
under warranty (through HRO Oakland) after 6 months of use.  No problems 
with skipping steps after that.

This was my primary OES/RACES/Red+ net control field rig throughout the 
90's.  It has been in smoky and dusty environments and lived up to it's 
mil-spec rating.  Very dependable rig even today.  The lithium backup 
battery died years ago so I would suggest it go into a constant powered, 
shack environment (unless you want to change the battery).  The power 
switch works fine, but removing power will erase the memory.
