Does it come with nicads, a charger, and an adjustable whip antenna??

I cudda used something like this bout 7 years back when I found a burned IF
transformer in my old Kaar KE-23A receiver. Fortunately, I was able to find
the burned break in the wire and patch it without having to unwind too many
turns. Unfortunately, I subsequently lost the receiver in a storage space
incident  8-((((((((  Sure would love to find another one. Then when I grow
up and become rich and famous, would like to get another DX40 to put my
first Novice station back together. Then I'll have to design, develop and
market a new computer operating system so I can become a billionaire so I
can buy a HQ140 like the one that I "upgraded" to just before becoming a
General  8-((((((
