[ForSale-Swap] Free antique 6m base station

FREE! A rare GE pre-Progress Line 50 watt land mobile base station (1950s
era), crystalled for 52.525. When I used this years ago, it covered about 60
miles on a ground plane. It had amazing audio. 48" GE green rack cabinet,
with separate TX and RX chasises. Finals are 807s. The radio was operating
fine years ago, but after years in storage (no place to use it) some of the
tubes have become gassy. My plan was to restore it, but I no longer have
room to store it, so I'm offering it free to a good home. Pick up in central
New Hampshire only. It's too big and heavy to ship affordably. Sadly, if
there are not takers it will have to go to recycling at the end of the
month. I've lost the use of my storage garage as of May 1. If nothing else,
it's a great old rack cabinet with lots of neat parts, and an incredibly
heavy carbon hand mic.
