This whole thread is boring.    Several years ago there was a character who masqueraded as "N7KRS". He ripped off a lot of hams on equipment he took money for, but never shipped. The case went to the FBI and they said that $50,000 worth of fraud wasn't a big enough case for them to bother with.  They had several complaints and even the culprits real name & address.  Guess the moral would be: tough luck for trusting the seller and any hope of justice.
