[ForSale-Swap] eBay and PayPal

It is interesting that ham radio groups are the only
ones that seem to have self proclaimed reflector
police, who want to stop off topic posts, etc.  I also
belong to a couple of non-ham groups (hard as that is
to believe) and no one on those lists complains about
dead threads, off topics posts, etc.  Sometimes the
discussions on those boards get real interesting. 
What about those on other hobby lists?  Can you inform
us whether they have reflector police or not?  

Our probably are moonlighting as DX pileup cops.
