[ForSale-Swap] eBay and PayPal

The tracking number wasn't fake, it was a good UPS
tracking number.  It showed that he had printed it out
for his account, but that UPS never received the
package for shipment.  He did email me a couple of
times after he supposedly dropped it off at some UPS
shipping site.
