I also have echo Tim's statements. I've used Paypal as my method of
receiving payments and use it for the majority of the time to make
payments whether for auction payments or private transactions. When a
problem arises, I have found them to be very helpful, whether it be
through e-mails or actual phone discussions. But, as Tim points out,
there can be risks in any type of transaction
