Thank you for posting the seller's call sign, but it would be helpful to 
others if you posted  his ebay ID also.

Unfortunately there is no IRLP node near Weaverville where you could 
track him down through a local repeater.

Echolink DOES have a link very close to Weaverville in Alexander, NC, 
KG4LGY-L. Perhaps there is a local ham accessible through the link that 
could help straighten things out. A little peer pressure in the local 
ham community where an alleged offender is not anonymous can go a long 
way toward conflict resolution.

I am in no way suggesting that you encourage the harassment of this 
alleged offender.
