[ForSale-Swap] Pressing charges for bad ebay deal

Based on past experiewnce, I would expect PayPal to
recover your money. I assume you have already opened a
claim with them.

It doesn't sound like any mail fraud was committed
since nothing went through the mail. But USPS is
useless for this anyway. The whole "pay with a money
order so you can claim mail fraud" thing doesn't work
at all because USPS doesn't do the legwork to reclaim
your money. You would wait years and end up with
nothing.

Credit card is always a safe option. They will recover
your money. But once they hear it was an online
transaction, they may insist on issuing a new card to
make sure that the bad guys aren't using your old
number. I've had that happen.

Let us know how it ends up.
