I have an Icom PCR100 software controlled receiver for sale. Covers below 
BCB to 1300 Mhz....FM, Wide FM, and AM. Has 10.7 Mhz tap to SMA connector on 
the back for connection to SDR or whatever for SSB/CW. Receiver works great.

Does not include cable, power pack ( requires 12VDC ) not over 14 volts 
unloaded from power pack or software which is available online.
