[ForSale-Swap] 47mfd/4500vdc caps

Just curious to see if there is any interest in such a 
capacitor.  I am considering building these out of a large 
stock of 470mfd/450vdc caps I have.

I figure on mounting them to PC-board material, adding metal 
film equalizing resistors, testing for operation, and 
selling for $50 a unit.  Seems like some big bucks but I 
cant see how it can be done for less unless you do it yourself.

Of course, if there is no interest, it may not be possible 
to do it at all.
