An examination of the headers will reveal the IP address of the 
offending computer.  If you haven't already (that's how you figured 
telefonica.es?), you can find out who owns the IP.  If you have, you now 
understand exactly what you can expect from the ISP, or any ISP, for 
that matter.

You have very little choice but to ignore it.  If it will help you, put 
the IP address into an email filter, which will move the virused 
messages to the trash.

Naturally the standard warnings apply:
1. use a virus scanner and keep it up to date (daily!)
2. use a firewall which can tell if something wants to get out as well 
as in (I recommend the free Zone Alarm - www.zonelabs.com).
3. preview panes in email programs are a bad idea-especially Outlook
4. keep your OS patched - especially Windows
5. treat ALL email as potentially hostile - don't open it, even if you 
recognize the name.  There's a free utility for Outlook called 
Pocketknife Peek that will open a message in text format and not run any 
code/viruses.
