Speaking as an "old retired guy", I'm in favor of
this.  At the same time, it was some of the "old
retired guys" from my era who helped me get my ticket.
 I wonder how many of the complainers are doing that?

Leave it up, Tim.  It's not hurting anyone and it can
help the hobby.
