Sorry about the qrm over the header.  I am the admin of this list and I put the header on here to help promote the "hello" program put on by ARRL.  I'm not a member of ARRL so there is no attachment on my end and I sure wouldn't have thought it would have generated complaints.  While this program MAY make some $ for ARRL, but it's real purpose is to help bring youngsters into the hobby.  You could follow the link and see the details of it for yourself.  The added hams this can generate sure won't hurt anyone and certainly can help since the ham hobby is perceived by outsiders as something "for old retired guys to do".  Not very flattering is it?

Anyway, the header will stay for a few days and be gone forever.
