[ForSale-Swap] need beginner HF rig on $300 budget

This is my 2nd post to this list, and I've learned a lot already. I'm 
looking for a HF rig to start out on that I could buy used for not 
much over $300. Any suggestions on a model and where to look? I'm 
really interested in 75 meters around the 3.840 MHz lsb area.
