[ForSale-Swap] Transformer needed

After two weeks of working on this project, I plugged it in today and made 
smoke!
So, now I need (hopefully) a Stancor P-6010 or something close.
It needs to be close to 350-350 @ 40 ma and 6.3 v @ 1a or so.
Something no larger than3-1/4 x 4 x 4h.Original was a Triad R144A
Anything out there????
