    I have the above. It was a kit but was assembled by W3FPR sometime back. 
I was going to use it for mobile but things have changed and Have not even 
fired it up. It was set up for the HR2600 transceiver. The specs. can be 
checked out at www.elecraft.com if anyone might be interested. Basically 
it's output is 20 to 25 watts output with .01 milliwatt to 8 watts input. 
The transverter can be used with nearly any transceiver that covers the 28 
to 30 mhz Freq. Range.
  I'll even talk trade, looking for a good decent 2 meter amp that puts out 
400 watts or more.
