I want to thank all that responded.
Your help and suggestions are greatly appreciated.
The reason that I want to use the Dow Key type of relay is because it is 
more "Age-appropriate" for the boatanchor rigs that I am using and because I 
am a really old fart, I want to keep the BA station as close as possible as 
it was "Back then"!
I am in the process of re-capping the 730 modulator and I should be on 40 M 
AM later this week. That is, if Murphy stays out of the shack.
