I have one of the early/original Palstar AT4K Antenna Tuners to sell: i.e. one of those with the beefy roller inductor, s/n 4T4K-00558. Never had it on the air.
Looks new and was represented as 100% electronics. 
Will deliver within 75 miles of Washington DC/Balto area at a reasonable price, or will allow buyer to try out here.
