It never fails that one or more prospective buyers will ask 
to see pictures of the equipment being offered.

I share that desire. When I am a buyer, I also like to see a 
picture of what I am buying.

However, let us take another look at this need and the 
possible offerings to satisfy this need.

Pictures are not going to save you from being taken by 
someone out to 'take' you.

Pictures are pain to make available and take in the first place.

If you dont know what the thing looks like, maybe you should 
google the internet to see what it is, instead of bothering 
the seller who did not see fit to provide graphics.

Finally, I have never seen a digital picture that made a 
very marginal piece of equipment look mint.
