[ForSale-Swap] Need Help with a 1000MP

I am back to work on this dude. The symptoms are:

1. When I turn the main tuning know I here a scratchy sound from the speaker
even with the AF and RF turned all the way CCW.

2. Main display freq indicator blinks (about once a second)

3. All the knobs a switches seem to work including the main dial.

4. If I move the unit I hear microphonics. When I tape the boards all seem
to cause microphonics.

I checked the voltages all seem in order. I checked the board to board
connections that I can get to. I dropped the front panel and checked the
connections there as well.

I bought this unit working but when it arrived it was not.

If anyone has seen this before or has any ideas to look at let me know.
