[ForSale-Swap] NEED ADVISE ON HF TRADE

I have 2 people who are interested in my Kenwood TS-570DG. Please advise via email what you think about each rig please. My ad thats running here reads as follows: I have a excellent condition Kenwood TS-570DG. Serial Number 60300013 rig is about 1 year 2 months old, Rig includes stock hand mic, wiring harness, and original manual and original box. Cosmetic condition of my Rig is 9.9. I value my rig at $650.00 

1st Offer - I have an Icom 703 QRP radio not the plus, does not have 6 mtrs, and which has the antenna tuner built in. Have the manual, mic, power cord and box. The radio has a Inrad 250htz cw filter installed I value my radio at $475.00. Also have the MT-1 antenna with the tripod base for portable use which I have listed for $125.00. If you decide you would like to trade, I can put a little cash with it. I can include a 12 volt 7 Ampere hour gelcell which I use with the 703. The 817 has a Maha-FNB72...9.6V at 1700mah battery installed. Have a wallart which will power the unit directly and also recharge the battery. Do not have a backpack but has a pouch and carrying strap for the rig. The MP-1 antenna is a 7mhz to 450mhz and will fit into a briefcase. He has also offered $75.00 cash to boot.

2nd Offer - I'd have a nice Yaesu FT-857 with DSP - this is all that has been said about this rig. 

OR WOULD YOU JUST KEEP THE KENWOOD TS-570DG?!?!
