I am trying to recreate my 1953 Novice station and I need some help.
I want to duplicate a Globe SM-90 screen modulator; I have all the parts and
the schematic, but am unable to identify the interstage transformer they
used.
It couples the plate of 1/2 a 12AU7 to the grid of the other 1/2 of the same
tube.
It is thought to be a 1:3 ratio. How could I verify this?
Or, is there a easier way to couple the stages?
The SM-90 only uses two tubes and 14 resistors & caps, so it would be easy
to duplicate - except for the transformer. . . .
Can any one out there help this OT?
