Depends on what you want them to be.  Friend of mine in OH, modified two of
them, one for 144, the other for 222 Mhz

These are mil spec amps, origiinally bought by the military for use in air
traffic control facilities. such as approach control, and air-to-ground
circuits

 Too bad its pick up only in Houston
