For Sale:

I have found a couple of very heavy duty chokes, as used
in choke input power supplies.  These chokes weigh about 
8 pounds each, and are designed to be used in low voltage 
applications.

One is from a 20 amp power supply.  It uses three #14 wires
in the winding, so it is likely good for over 20 amps.  It measures
0.1 ohms resistance, but I do not know its inductance value.  
It is $18.

Another is from a 30 amp power supply, but its winding only 
uses two #14 wires.  It measures 0.3 ohms resistance, and 
again, I do not know the inductance value.  It is $20.

72 Volt center tapped transformer
This is a 36 - 0 - 36 volt transformer that is very heavy
duty. It was removed from a 20 amp power supply, so it
is good for at least that. Primary is 120 V AC. $20
