Wow Don, that sure brings back memories. My first duty
station in the Navy was the destroyer USS Cone DD-866 in
1956 and we used both of those, one for news reports and the
other for foreign broadcast. They were also a last resort if
we lost comms. Except for being so blasted sea sick, I can
honestly say it was a great experience.
