140W solid state linear amplifier module

Built from Motorola Application Note AN762. Was also published in ARRL
hand book for many years. 5W input for 140W output from 1.6 to 30 MHz.

You provide heat sink, enclosure, low pass filter(s) and band switching
(for multiband use).

$70 or BO + ship

250W solid state linear amplifier module

This is a very high quality solid state unit built for the military. The
driver is push pull MRF466's (15dB gain, Po 40W) and the output stage
is push pull MRF429's (13 dB gain, Po 150W).

Unit is enclosed in a cast aluminum enclosure / heat sink. Approx. size
is 12"x8"x3".

Requires a power supply and low pass filter(s) and band switching (for
multiband use).

No documentation...but if your familiar with amplifiers, the circuit and
accessibility is straight forward. Note: There is some extra circuitry
(e.g. metering, power sensing) that does not need to be used.

Asking $70 or BO + shipping.

Can email pictures of either.
