[ForSale-Swap] WTB FCC Commerical License book

Not Amateur related I know, but many hams used to hold 3rd Class Commercial
licenses too.  I am looking for a paperback book that the FCC published in
the 1976-1979 timeframe.  It had a white cover with, as I recall, black and
blue lettering and a logo or two.  The book was a study guide for the old
Element 1, 2, and 9 exams.  I believe it was around 100 pages.
