I have a new Black Cat solid state linear amp I would like to sell. It is 12 
volt and puts out at least 300 watts on 80 meters and 60 watts on 10 meters. 
I have tested it with 7 watts drive and came up with these figures. I bought 
it for my FT-7 15 watt transceiver. I got around 100 watts out on 20 meters 
with the 7 watts drive so I would say it is tuned for more power at lower 
freqs right now.

I would say it would take 15 watts drive to put out full power.
