[ForSale-Swap] Timewave DSP 59+

Hi Jack,
I finally got around to hooking up the 59+ DSP box I bought from you...it 
won't power up. It does pass audio, but it doesn't function at all. I've 
checked the power input and I have the correct voltage and polarity on the 
correct connector. The unit shows no LEDs lit or does any DSP processing. 
How would you like to proceed?
