144/440 operation. Original Manual and Service Manual on CD

(1)VGC with, charger, manual, antenna, 2 battery packs & speaker mic
(1) Does not power up it's a parts radio or try and get it working again.

This radio also is an excellent scanner, opened 
from 40 Mhz though 900 Mhz continuous.
