My quick read is this:

115N05 - 115 volt heater element, normally open when not energized
and the time delay is 5 seconds.

6N012Q? D? 0 - Probably 6NO120, Six volt heater element, normally open with a
              120 second time delay.

115F30 - 115 volt heater element, flasher, 30 flashes per minute (but the
tolerance might be plus or minus 15 flashes per second).

115MO45 - My guess is 115NO45, again 115 volt heater element, normally open, 45
          second time delay.

As for the crystal, Gates Radio/Harris used this same style Northern Engineering crystal in their 1960s vintage transmitters, especially the BC-1T. I suspect their other model transmitters of that vintage also used the same crystal, but I can't verify it for a fact. I suspect other MW TX manufactuers may have used NE crystals as well.
