[ForSale-Swap] CONUS?

I've scratched my head many times wondering why people say only CONUS. It
generally makes no sense and is rude to people who live in Hawaii or
Alaska, or Puerto Rico.

>From NJ to CA 50 lb package sent parcel post is $42.28
>From NJ to AL 50 lb package sent parcel post is $42.28
>From NJ to HI 50 lb package sent parcel post is $42.28
>From NJ to PR 50 lb package sent parcel post is $32.75

Flat Rate packages shipped are the same charges where ever there is a
USPS ZIP Code. Whether a send a flat rate package to my neighbor next
door or to someone in Hawaii, the ship charge is the same.
