A friend of mine is cleaning out his shack so that he can replace it 
with other equipment....

I have been friends with this ham for years ... he's honest ..   I've 
been in his shack many times and this equipment is in great shape
and works great too.   There is some wiggle room available, but he is 
pretty sure these prices are VERY reasonable....

Swan amplifier.  He's not sure of the model number, but it is the one 
with the pair of 3-500Z tubes.   The power supply is not the stock Swan, 
but a home brew one.   The PS will weigh over 100 pounds, so be aware of 
that when it comes to shipping.    He's asking $300.
He says it works fine, but is down a bit on output (not much) and you 
may want to consider replacing the tubes, but it's not that low that 
you'd HAVE to....
