Yes, it's Sony-Tektronix. They teamed up to make some stuff. This is a 
dual trace digital storage scope. 100MHz, I am pretty sure.

I used it for field servicing many times. A very nice compact and 
powerful scope. Not like digital scopes of today, it has knobs for every 
funtion, no poking a dang button a hundred times to move the trace a 
half inch. No probes and it needs a crt. That's all that's wrong with 
it. Not certain the number for the crt, but if you have one or can find 
out, make me an offer. In excellent phyical condition.
